In this video, we describe the development of artificial Intelligence (AI) assisted analysis of multifractal OCT imaging for ocular disease diagnosis such as glaucoma. Application of multifractality draws out intrinsic structural features from OCT image that cannot be resolved in conventional OCT images and shows promise to detect early onset of glaucoma. Predictive analysis of multifractal OCT images by artificial intelligence facilitates early disease detection. We aim to further develop and translate the technology in clinical setting using AI integrated multifractal OCT.
